Formerly known as “Summer at the State,” the Main Street Theatre Company is the resident theatre company at the State Theatre Center for the Arts.

Our mission is to uplift and educate through the platform of the performing arts in Southwestern PA. We exist to create opportunities for local individuals of all ages and experience levels to work with professional artists and a professional staff. Together we create musical theatre programming accessible to the general public in our region. We strive to provide excellent quality in all that we do to encourage our audience’s love of musical theatre and all performing arts.

MSTC’s yearly seasons include 4 productions throughout the year. In addition, we offer classes and workshops in musical theatre for all ages. Our goal is to bring the performing arts to as many people as we can in our area. We hope to see you at the theatre!
