Special attention is given to storytelling through movement, picking up choreography quickly, and developing the physical expression needed for stage performance. Recommended for students looking to strengthen their dance technique specifically for musical theatre productions.

  • Tap Dance introduces students to the exciting world of rhythm, timing, and sound. Students will learn foundational tap techniques and terminology, building a strong base in musicality and coordination. As they progress, students will combine steps into more advanced combinations and routines, challenging their precision and speed. Tap is a dynamic and essential skill for any well-rounded performer, helping students enhance their timing, confidence, and stage presence.

  • Designed for students with prior experience, this class dives deeper into the art of musical theatre performance. Students will work on interpreting songs with emotional depth, building believable characters, and connecting movement with storytelling.
