Rebecca Kaufman Taylor

Rebecca Kaufman Taylor is a professional vocalist, actor, and educator from Uniontown, PA. After studying musical theatre at Point Park University, she performed internationally for Disney Cruise Line, NYK Asuka Cruise, Crystal Cruises, and held a Las Vegas residency as a principal vocalist in Donn Arden’s iconic Jubilee!. She then went on to earn her degree in Secondary English Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Today, she serves as an AP English teacher and Director of the Drama Department at Albert Gallatin High School. She continues to perform professionally with Nemacolin Resort and Main Street Theatre Company, with recent favorite roles including Reno in Anything Goes and Grizabella in Cats. As an educator, Rebecca is deeply passionate about guiding students to discover their own humanity through the exploration of characters—helping young actors build empathy, uncover their unique voice, and develop the confidence to express themselves in any career path.
